This privacy policy mentioned herein refers to the Ravi Surya Group Refer and Earn Application. We respect our user’s privacy, value the trust placed in us, and therefore, we maintain the highest standards of security regarding transactions and the use of information. By downloading/using/accessing the Refer and Earn application as defined for business use, the user indicates that he/ she understands, agrees, and consents to this privacy policy. The privacy policy is a legally binding contract between the user and the Ravi Surya Group Entities (the Group / Associates / Subsidiaries). Furthermore, the privacy policy explains the collection, usage, storage, transfer/ disclose of personal information including sensitive personal information. Once the user registers for the app, he/ she is governed by the terms and conditions of this application.  

By using the Application or having access to any services, the User expressly consents to the use and disclosure of the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Although every effort is made to keep the user aware of the latest updates or any changes in the Privacy Policy, it is advised to regularly review the policy to make sure that you are aware of the latest version of the application.  

Scope and Applicability 

The policy applies to the various users of the app including customers, dealers, business partners for accessing any information or products owned by the Ravi Surya Group.

We collect a variety of information including both personal and non-personal information for fulfilling the app purpose. The information may include but not limited to: 

• The user’s name, address, contact details, and e-mail id.
• The password and bank account details such as account number, IFSC code, Bank branch, for transferring the earned amount on-site visit, etc.
• The location based information such as geographic location of the user for site visit purposes. 

Purpose & Use of Information  

We may collect, use, store and transfer the user’s personal and non-personal information for providing a safe and customized user experience. This enables us to provide the user with features and services that match the user’s requirements. Some of the purpose for which we require information are as follows: 

• For analyzing demographic and profile data about user’s activity on our application.
• User identity verification for accessing any privileges provided to users that fulfill the app purpose. 
• For informing about the promotional, discount and special offers for enhancing user experience.
• For avoiding any fraudulent activities and errors that might arise during the use of the app.
• For marketing and promotion purpose about the latest products (properties of Ravi Surya Group) 

In addition to this, a user's IP address is also identified to diagnose any potential challenges and problems with our server and to administer the app’s usage. Broad demographic information can also be accessed using the IP address.  

Location Access 

We require information regarding the user's current location who is sharing property to his friends or relatives for a site visit. The location access is required for verification purposes. The feature allows for confirmation that the user who has referred the property to another individual for a site visit is actually present on the said property location or not. Thus, the feature makes sure that a site visit can be done only if the user is currently present at the location of the referred property. If the user inputs location other than the actual site address, it will be considered as an invalid request.  

Securing the information 

To safeguard the user’s privacy and personal information, necessary technical security measures have been employed such as two-factor authentication. This helps in avoiding leaking of any confidential information related to the user. Multi-level security has been provided in the app through the Login/Logout feature.
